Delivery outside Ireland
Please note that delivery times and costs are dependent on the destination of the order and the weight of the package. For all orders outside of Ireland you will be contacted by email with a quotation and estimated delivery time. Once we receive confirmation that you wish to proceed with the order we will then process the order. No money will be taken until we receive written confirmation of your wish to proceed.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are shipped when all the items are in stock for your order. On occasions we may decide to part ship your order if we have been informed by the publishers that a book is re-printing or if it is not currently available and is unlikely to be available within 3 weeks of the date of placing your order.

How is my order shipped?
All shipments greater than 1 Kilogram are shipped by courier. Once you have received notice that your parcel has been despatched the package normally takes 1-3 working days to arrive at its destination in Ireland.
All orders less than 1 Kilogram are shipped using An Post. Track and trace is not available for items shipped using An Post.
What time will my order be delivered?
Our couriers do not normally provide Estimated Time of Delivery as times vary depending on traffic conditions and delivery workloads. They normally state that they will deliver within normal working hours (i.e. between 9am and 5pm).
The couriers called while I was not in, what should I do?
Deliveries are normally re-arranged for the following business day.
I am going on holidays, what should I do?
If you have an existing order, please contact us on 01 6764285 or 01 6766103 and we will arrange for your order to be held until you return from holidays. Alternatively, you can provide us with a different delivery address and we will arrange to have the order shipped to that address.
If you are about to place an order, please enter the dates that you will be away in Extra Delivery Instructions and we will ensure that no delivery is made during those dates. |
